Quema is the photography and audiovisual design studio owned by Tomás Encina (36), Chilean designer and photographer focused on creating images capable of telling exciting stories guided by creativity, offering photography services from idea to post-production in advertising, documentary and auteur projects, both in-studio and on-location.
Tomás is a professional designer with a degree in design from the University of Valparaiso, he developed his professional career working as an art director and motion graphics designer at Televisión Nacional de Chile and Canal del Fútbol (TNT Sports) for 5 years, to later explore into documentary photography and further his studies in advertising and fashion photography at Fotodesign Chile.
The need to propose ideas with freedom and tell exciting stories encouraged him to create Quema, a studio with which he has had the opportunity to work as an advertising photographer and still photographer, for various national and international brands, displaying significant technical and human resources to make ideas tangible in coordination with the creative and filming teams, forming multidisciplinary teams that allow them to speak fluently with artists, athletes, directors, agencies, production companies, creators and brands that need to create captivating proposals.
